We currently employ three teams of men. To ensure our employees are up to date with the latest developments within our industry, every year we invest in self development training programmes provided by the Construction Industry Training Board, NTO (National Training organisation).

We also have a strong in-house youth training scheme, have recently employed three young trainees and work closely with national training associations including the Construction Apprentice Scheme.

We place great emphasis on health and safety. Our aim is to provide a modern, safe working environment. All our staff work with the latest equipment and are regularly briefed on health and safety developments by our full time health and safety officer.
